New With Tags sells one-of-a-kind, deeply discounted designer overstock. To keep prices this low and keep singular pieces available to the next shopper, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Damaged or wrong item? If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement (if available) or a full refund. This is the only circumstance under which a refund is issued.
